eBay, Computers 101, Internet,  gadgets, cell phones, DVD or CD burning, music, cameras, scanners, Microsoft Office: (including Word, Excel or PowerPoint), Email, Online banking, bill pay, blogs, websites and job search skills.

Sure , you could sit in a classroom or take free/cheaper classes...

but they won't teach you what you need to know on your OWN computer.  It helps to have a real person sitting next to you to help you learn while you decrease your fear.   Kim takes the time to get to know you and how you use your computer.  There are many clients who just want email, and so that is what they learn.  Kim will be there over the years to answer your questions & tune up or fix your computer - a class cannot do that!  Kim keeps up with changing technology to make things easier for you.

BEFORE THE LESSON:

Keep a notebook by your computer.  Jot down questions as they come up.  This helps you get the most out of your lesson time and retain what you have learned.

There is no lead time, you can generally schedule a lesson and get in the same or next day.  There are no contracts, you pay as you go.  To make the most of your computer, you may want to join "Komputer Klub" to help things along.
