We can come to you at home or work and work on site.

We can also pick up or drop off and work at our office.

Little to no lead time is required. Call/text anytime for appt. Even if "closed."

We do not serve clients at our home. On-site, pick up/drop off, or public meeting place only. Please do not show up at address online.

If you think your computer is older than 5 yrs or has Windows 8.1 or 10 on it, you will be given assistance to shop for a new one and set up / connect printer & wifi.

We recommend having your computer checked over if it's never been done.

Please have a list of your passwords or a way to recover them. This will save time and money in the long run. It's a good idea have this no matter what.

Do NOT give out any info over phone, text, facebook, social media, email or anything else. Do not be polite!! Hang up or delete email/text, etc. These calls & emails are almost always scams! Even if they say they know you or profile is a "friend." Clients have gotten their accounts stolen as well as lost money. 

Do NOT click unknown/unexpected links in email or text under any circumstance.

We can set up regular visits until you get more comfortable with technology and / or computers.

Make a list of your questions while you're thinking of them. Keep a notebook handy or by computer or on your phone in a notes app or send yourself a text/email.

If you would like instruction, that is typically done in a separate visit. 90 min max per visit. This is the only hourly service we offer.

We can help with your phone, tablet, TV, PC, smart speaker, etc. Inform tech before enough time is alloted for your visit.

Budgeting, travel and general planning

Small business promo, social media help and other assistance is offered.

We help with your never-ending to do list, even if not computer related.

Serving all of SE Wisconsin and WI Dells area. Once in awhile we will make a special trip out of state, let us know if we can help. (IA, UP, MN, IN, IL, TN, KY).

We can remote in whether you're next door or across the country.

It is challenging to list all services, so please ask if you do not see a service that you need.

We do not fix cracked screens or change out batteries. ubreakfix or batty's plus is good for that.
